Where would I get a Twelve by Eight inch plain black photo frame

are you sure they do them NOT A4 .... I can find the A4 ones easily .. this is slightly longer

twiglett, try doing a search on google - this is what I've done in the past.

At work, I sometimes need to get frames for certificates as, as I organise awards ceremonies. Some wholesale companies will sell single frames to indivual customers.

University of Nottingham webshop has frames but not in black - might be worth trying other similar places
