Quick question abiout writing a reference

Somebody has asked me to write a character refernce for a letting agency as she is moving in in JAn. One of the questions is whether I think she will pay rent in full and on time and I know she doesn't have a job atm, although she is looking really hard and hopes to have one when she moves in. What should I write? I also have to write a prof one as part of my job

Just put that you have known her for XXX number of years, in your opinion you feel she is trustworthy and honest, therefore should have no problems with receiving payment.
