ONLINE SITES WHICH HAVE EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS?

OK, maybe I've been lucky, but I've used a few new online sites this Christmas and they've all been spot on. They were:
Adventure toys
Mailorderexpress
Toy choice
Amazon
GLTC
Only gripe was with the courier service used by adventure toys and toy choice - no deliveries outside mon-fr 9-5, no specified time slot (not even am/pm) so had to fetch it myself from the depot miles away....

ELC were ok, so were Toys R Us - but I did order from them a few weeks ago. Amazon - I had to pay extra but they did deliver when they said they would. Tesco - ordered xmas booze online. DElivery was an hour late but I had 2 voice texts sent to my BT line from a very apologetic deaf driver who was very jolly when he arrived - so I was quite pleased with that.

ELC were good for me

Play.com - FANTASTIC - ordered online last Sun 11 Dec - delivered Tue 13 December - how good is that.
I'm over the moon with them - was dubious of ordering online so late after hearing all sorts of terrible stories - but it worked out well!

Ordered Peter Kay cds from Comedy CDs 2 days ago - I was really impressed when they arrived this morning. I have to say I've done a few Amazon orders too - all have been fine.

Bravissimo have been fantastic. I made an order with them in September and after about 8 weeks it transpired that one of the items was faulty, the exchange was very quick and trouble free. Had better service from them than I have from local underwear shops.

Another vote here for play.com. I can't believe how quicky they post out your order, and its free PandP as well, no matter how small the order is.
