no doubt others have had similar/worse experiences, but I am mightily p'd off:
I placed my order on Nov 27 - nearly a month before Christmas -for over £50 worth of books, all on 24 hour despatch; predicted delivery date was Dec 8th.
NOW they tell me; one book won't arrive before January 15th;others have not yet been despatched.
OK, there are still a few days to go, and they might arrive, but today is my last shopping opportunity due to various commitments, so I have had to rush out and spend another £50 on less-desirable replacemtns, just to make sure. Buggerbuggerbugger.

I thought i was going to have that problem but miraculously didn't.
Do complain though. can you canecl the not yet dispatched ones?

Mmm I ordered a book and dvd from them on the 13th December, then got an email on the 18th saying my card had been declined. I had plenty of money in my account - it has gone through now but the delivery will not be in time for Christmas. The book is for Dh and he says he's not bothered but the dvd was for dd which I am slightly annoyed about, especially as they kept advertising that goods ordered before the 20th of December would be delivered for Christmas. Sorry rant over just so blooming annoyed.

am also v annoyed with them.....did a big order in early December, everything except one book arrived a few days later but this book - they now tell me - has to be shipped over from the US and it hasn't arrived yet ( it's for a Christmas present of course).

They didn't even email me to say the Robosapien V2 wouldn't be delivered until 29th Dec ffs!!!!

Will be giving them a wide berth from now on. I'd rather trudge to the shops than give them my cash.

Hopefully getting RV2 from Gadgetshop but they've p!$$ed me off too
