Ok then, what subjects really get you going? Which of peoples oh so obviously wrong opinions on things exasperate you?
Mine are

private schools
disciplining V. young ones
and people who insist they are right even though they aren't and argue with me about it!

People who call every new poster/posters under different names/questions of a intimate kind Trolls. Saying "trip trap" does make it any nicer. You know, if it is a troll, unless the question is actually offensive then some lurker somewhere might benefit from it. Makes MN very cliquey in a "I don't know you so you don't belong" sort of way.

That and people who haven't learnt to step away from the 'pooter when they are very upset and instead attack the person who may have unintentionally offended them. Post in haste, repent at leisure.

The fact that some people think Mumsnet is any more cliquey than Real Life.

Subjects that are not personal bugbears but are guaranteed to get a fight going are Gina Ford, MMR, Breast/bottle feeding...

People who create a thread asking for opinion/help and then someone coming along and saying it has been covered hundreds of times - yes probably has but I'd be offended if someone said that about the thread I started, just don't comment if you are bored by the subject.
