ELC deliveries...did u get them??

been looking for thjis thread but has everyone got what they wanted from ELC at the right proices and have vouchers arrived?

I got my kitchen, but only today, no accessory set and to my mums (billing address) rather than mine

Will never use ELC home delivery again

I'm still waiting on something from an order put in on 20/11 .
Rest of the stuff arrived within a week. This on item is still saying 'in stock' on the website, so I'm feeling v .

Have emailed a couple of times, but no response as yet.

No vouchers yet..........

Northerner and I eventually got our stuff, but only after much hassle.

Got my stuff split into two deliveries except for the accessory set for the kitchen. This arrived about 10 days later.

Absolute sh*t!!
Had a call from ELC today, they have run out of stock of Whizz Around Garages!! So I can't get one and it's the only thing that I was SURE DS2 would really like. Hummpphhh.

I got mine eventually, in 3 deliveries, not on the days they said they would arrive (after waiting in for nothing).

I also got a doll's accessory set I hadn't ordered (I hadn't even ordered a doll or anything similar).

Oh, my stuff arrived alright ... the delivery drivers threw it over an 8' fence and battered it to buggery

Luckily the present inside was OK, so we will have to assemble it for dd, as we can't give her the box in the state it's in. They refunded the postage charge after I kicked up a stink, but wouldn't replace the present as they were out of stock.

Shan't be using them again.

I ordered a wooden helicopter on behalf of my mum over a month ago, it was going to be DS1's pressie from her (she's computer illiterate)...had an email from them yesterday saying that it has been discontinued!! Great, plenty of time to find a replacement then!! Unfortunately my mum has a habit of shooting the messenger...and she does like her pressies to the kids to be one of the big "moments" on Christmas Day... no malicious chuckles here, honest!!

At this rate I don't hold out much hope for their profits - too many freebies and refunds just to keep customer loyalty , not ! I'm grateful my kids have largely outgrown them now.

Ladysherlock - I've not got my vouchers either. However, I do have a pirate ship I haven't paid for

PILs ordered a few items for DD's Christmas present. They sent an e-mail next day to say the Happyland Church was delayed. Rest or order came withint he week. the church followed the week after.

have used ELC a few times and with just one mishap for my parents one year, everything else has gone smoothly.

From threads here though I know this is just good luck on our part.

I had Fisher Price Shake n Go on reserve - it arrived a couple of weeks back

Big probs this year with ELC. Order drop and roar dinosaur for ds back at beginning of November, was told out of stock but would def have more in that weekend. Numerous phone calls made up to beginning of Dec each time reassured that I was on the list and new stock would be in and delivered to me by xmas. Got totally p*ssed off when phoned again on 07.12.05 to be told they had cancelled my order and a letter explaining shortage of stock was being sent out. Phoned main customer service department at head office in Swindon, explained situation and was told they had them in stock at the main warehouse and they would send one out to me. It arrived on 09.12.05 and not been charged delivery. Letter finally arrived today dated 15.12.05, I feel another phone call to head office coming on.

yes had quick service from them but ordered at the beginning of November

I got my ELC parcel, but then I did order it on 13th of November, way before the Christmas chaos.
