I have ordered 4 items from them 2 lots at 2 different times.

The first lot was ordered over a month since, still not received. The last lot was 2 weeks ago.

I checked on the site to see what was happening countless times up until a few days ago where it said the items had sold out! WTF? They were in stock when I ordered and for days after!!!

I have often looked through their magazines,which always seem to come through my letter box!

I am very lucky to have a brother with twin girls-they are 2 years older than my dd,so he gives me bags of hand me downs-lots of stuff from Next and Monsoon.Dont know what i would do without him!!

yes totally rubbish. i gave up after i didn't order anything from one of their catalogues and they sent me a snotty letter saying buy something or send us the catalogue back. how rude.

I ordered a few bits in their sale, which were in stock when I ordered & have now received a letter telling me that 3 out of the 5 items are out of stock.
I have just checked on their website & one of the items appears to still be in stock on there.

I've put in a complaint and said I find it so odd that an item is in stock when you order and it is days after but suddenly becomes out of stock!

I use alot of on-line stores and I have never encountered this before. It is so annoying.

I ordered from the a month ago online (a outfit for my xmas works party ), waited 2 weeks and then they sent me a letter saying my credit history wasnt good enough to have an account with them. I was realy anoyed as my credit history is good (never been in dept etc..) and i ended up with nothing to wear for the party

How annoying, NewBethGirl. I've always found them very good, I have to say, and the clothes are nice and do last well (DS3 is wearing some that originally belonged to DS1 and had one not so careful owner in between!).

It also has a ridiculous delivery system. I ordered three storage boxes. They were all in stock when I ordered, yet they were delivered on three separate days by the same delivery person. I only had to pay one lot of postage, so they must lose money on this. They won't deliver to my work address either. The delivery address has to be the same as the billing address, which is very annoying as I can't guarantee to be at home to receive parcels.

dd1 had some lovely baggy trousers from there, which dd2 also wore, but have since gonwe missing i know they are about somewhere and they would fit dd3 now, but can i find them? can i heck!

I think I've done with them tbh.

I ordered a lovely maternty jacket and top and some gorgeous boots and cullotes for dd. We won't be getting them now
