While staying at my parents last night they offered to sit with Dd (12weeks) so I could go and see Harry Potter (loved it btw ).
So off I toddle off telling Mum and Dad that Dd goes down at 7:30 after her last bottle, usually without a fuss.
When I got back at 9pm Dd had just gone to bed. She'd had her bottle at 7 and then thrown a fit when Mum tried to put her down. They managed to quiten her by listening to Radio 3. So that's what they listened to for an hour and a half. It was Bach (fat men singing and screachy violins as Dad put it) and everytime my parents tried to sneak over to anouther channel, even classic FM, Dd started crying. She wouldn't even let Mum watch the X-factor.
I PMSL as she has never done this too me. I let her listen to lots of music, Dh and I have very eclectic tastes between us) including classical, but she's never cried if it's stopped.
Just thought I'd share as I thought it was so funny.
