Help! CBeebies has gone missing!

I can't find CBeebies on my freeview channels anymore - its become 'More4+1' for some strange reason. CBBC has also gone - its channel is now ITV4. Been through all the channels and its not listed anywhere. none of the other channels has changed. I just can't think what to do to find it again - anyone any ideas? Ds's will be distraught - managed to fob them off with a video today but life won't be worth living if I can't sort this out soon....

If it was like my freeview receiver, you may need to re-download channels to get them back or to find the 'new' channel number it is on. Worked for me.HTH

If it is on freeview I think it has moved to 70 something?

Oh no, how are you coping? Surprised you didn't post on the depressed thread.

Ours used to be 31 and has now become 71, am just glad I found out without too much disruption.

Yes, ours was 31 too - I will check again on 71, but I did scroll through ALL of them in increasing desperation and rising panic
How do you re-download the channels? Sounds like that's what I'll have to do....

Should be in your system tools or services list IIRC.

They should be in your menu somewhere! Sorry not more helpful but I switched to Sky couple of years ago and have forgotten how to use the freeview!!

OK, I've found the menu and pressed a few buttons that look hopeful - its chugging away now doing something so lets hope it works!
