Is there a Website Watchdog ???

I have nad the most DIABOLICAL treatment by a website recently and I want to alert others.
Is there an official body that I can notify ??

By the way it's called myDV.co.uk and they are total fraudsters .....

It all stemmed from me buying a PSP wheich turned out be be Japanese ..... they are making my life a nightmare .. I cnnot afford to lose £170

Perhaps you could try this

they are subject to the same consumer legislation as shops plus the distance selling regulations which cover issues such as cancellation which you can do after receipt of the goods

trading standards locally will be able to advise you (provided it's a UK based website)

the site does say it will refund any unwanted goods.

but you CAN use it... the games are region free and will play on it fine
the only thing you won't be able to do is play the uk movies on it

followthestarlover - Yup that is correct - they say that - but when I ask to arrange a DHL collection or to get the returns address they blank me .... they hung=up on one occasion.

plus - I want to have the ability to play the movies .... and more to the point it was not what I asked for

if you paid by credit card you can approach your card issuer if you have good reason to believe that you are not getting appropriate help from the website

MIL ordered form these guys 2 weeks ago it said 7-10 days ago and it was 2 weeks ago, MIL is now devestated as a result cos the emails are bouncing back, the phones are all engaged/ u can't leave a message and she's just found this site..

here a rip off site - apparently it's slagging their web site off for no reason.

DH is gonna get onto them tomorrow for the MIL she's like u cna't afford to loose £170, and her CC company have told her it will be approx 6 weeks b4 she has the money refunded - in other words poor BIL doesn't get a xmas pressie till then.
