EBAY advice again please

Back at the beginning of November I sold an item on ebay. The buyer emailed me twice asking what type of payment I would prefer and where to send cheque to.

I replied stating a cheque or PO would be fine, and he replied saying he would post it out the next day. He has also marked the item as paid.

I have never recieved his payment, and have emailed him twice asking where it is. I have also started non paying process with ebay who also emailed him, but I still haven't heard anything off him or ebay.

What do I do next ??

You can offer it to the 2nd highest bidder to see if they still want it. If not, just re-list it and hope you get the same amount of money if not more!

But do i leave him neg feedback now or not ??

and give him negative feedback so other ebay sellers are warned.

Won't he leave me neg feedback then too though ??

If you want to leave someone negative feedback it's best to wait until right at the end of the 90 (I think) day limit - that way they are unlikely to have time to leave you a retaliatory negative.
