Anyone else having problems with Sky tonight?

Ours hasn't been working all evening, since before 5:30pm. Says technical fault.

We are in Sheffield BTW.

DH has tried to phone the Sky telephone number but it is constantly busy.

Anyone else having problems?

we've been having constant problems with it ince they updated the software in may.

is it all channels not working?

sometimes if you go to sky news, then sky 1, it forces the other channels into working. if you can't get anything, you can try going to other channels and do it that way. there's a site somewhere...

hulababy try and go to the dept where you pay your bill or want extra packages
they usually answer quickly then
just ask them not to transfer you though

Very odd. I post here and within one minute of posting our Sky has suddenly just started working again. No warning or anything; the picture just apppeared on the scfreen!

Dont know if this is related Hula, but my top up tv went off for nearly an hour tonight too and Im near Pontefract.

Was a nightmare when we got in. I came ina nd found my broadband not working (took an hour to come on) and DD went to watch Nick Jr whilst i did dinner, and no Sky either! Argh!!!
