it's on the 11th december...mine and hubbie's is on the 10th so we've all agreed to go for a meal and to go halves...can't go to too much pomp and circumstance as my dad has dementia...even tried to buy my mum a 40th BIRTHDAY card last week...she wishes!!!just wanted to get them something as a small momento...can't afford anything lavish...mum not into tacky stuff or "anything with red flowers in etc...". Anyone have any ideas? was thinking of finding a reliable website that perhaps delivers say a teddybear and champagne with a cute little greeting ... you know the sort of thing....! does anyone know of anything/where???

We got ours a Ruby Wedding Rose plant from David Austin Roses (google them - they are big, reputable company). They had two types, one for about £8+P&P, the other about £30. It arrived recently (it's the right time of year at the moment) and they are pleased (we got the larger one). I was v pleased with myself for the idea. Obviously, they need to have a suitable garden.
