PayPal Running Slowly?!

I've received notification of instant payment from 4 buyers, but not a pence in my PayPal account. Ebay is still reading 'Payment via PayPal pending'.

Anyone experiencing slow processing?? I'd like to send my sellers their stuff.

erm well I paid via paypal to a seller on tuesday and didn't have confirmation till thurs/fri - but that was done bank tfr not debit card - is it poss it was done as a bank tfr?
