Anyone know anything about Microsoft Photo Editor?

I have a photograph of my DPs daughter and my niece and it's a lovely picture but......there's someone sitting directly behind them looking at the camera and I'd love to "delete" him from the picture

Anyone know if this can be done?

The plainer the background behind the rougue man, the easier it will be to do. You can use 'clone' to erase the unwanted man. This is easier to do on some photo editors than others though. I'm not a fan of Microsoft Phto Editor so don't use it much
