If you bought a cd on eBay that was described as "new", would you expect it to be sealed?

No, if you buy them in the shops they ar'nt always sealed. As long as there are no marks on the cd or case then i would be happy.

Nope

Bought one in Tesco today and it wasn't sealed. Also bought some DVDs in WHSmith the other day that weren't sealed either so no I am afraid

NomDePlume · 23/11/2005 14:12

no i wouldn't but it would have to be in IMMACULATE condition

Are they not always sealed? I didn't know that. Ok, I'm glad I asked. I will not mention that bit when I write my excoriating email about how it is not really acceptable to send a 3 cd box set from France wrapped in an ordinary paper envelope without even sealing the envelope. Needless to say, it is not in immaculate condition now.
