Kiddicare website

Has anyone else had problems with this website. Firstly they don't take any enquiries by phone and when I emailed them they eventually gave me their shop in Peterborough. I then tried to order stuff tonight and the website is really weird and won't let you move between sections to order.
Has anyone had a good experience of this site as they do seem to offer good deals.

Mog - can only report good things about them from my experience, though is limited.
Ordered a high chair and cot for dd two years ago - all bargains and arrived quickly.
Last week ordered a car seat which was also good value for money at £15 cheaper than the next cheapest place. Also then took advantage of their 'Extra Deals' - things you can buy once you've bought from the main site - special offers if you like. Bought a cheap buggy for £14.99 for our holidays, a cheap monitor to replace our battered one (£9.99), and a footmuff/parasol/bag thing for a friend (£7.99). All excellent value. Arrived three days later. Buggy was much better than I could have hoped, as is other stuff.
Did send me the wrong car seat though - not the make, just wrong material. I tried to look for tel. no to contact them and found none, so ended up e-mailing to the address I'd been given when my order was confirmed. To their credit they got straight back to me and offered to remedy it immediately, or I could choose to keep car seat with a discount. Chose discount, and got 15% off original price, immediately credited to my card.
Must say I didn't find it difficult to order - quite the opposite. This of course is just one opinion, but haven't heard anything negative about them before

I ordered a double buggy from them with no problems and much cheaper than anywhere else.

I ordered a nappy wrapper and a rocker from them over the net and it was all fine and arrived in 2 days. Really suprised me because I was expecting it to take ages seeing as they were so cheap.

I have never used the website - wasn't around when I had my first - bought all my baby stuff from their shop though (lived in Peterborough at the time) - their stuff is really cheap. several of my friends have used the website and I have not heard of any complaints.

I've ordered and the stuff came extremely quickly and exactly as ordered. No problems.

Me too, no probs here. Quick, easy and cheap.

Agree, I ordered Maclaren buggy which came very quickly and was cheap. I think I know what you mean about the website though. Its not easy to get off that first page and find ALL the buggies, or ALL the cots etc. I did do it but it wasn't very intuitive.

Have finally managed to order the goods. The problem seems to be if you want to order more than one thing at a time and have to move around sections. If you use the home page to try to do this or the search engine it doesn't seem to work. All made more frustrating because there is no-one to contact.
However, I've ordered a cotbed and mattress which were a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Good job as that's the only thing that kept me trying!

Ordered a maclaran buggy - good deal - no problems. See they have a graca (sp) playcentre for half of what i paid at mothercare
...grrrrrr ....dd loves it but i wish i had gone to kiddicare...sounds like an ad.

I tried to order the convertible entertainer zoo pals (bargain at 1/2 price - mentioned on another thread) via the internet last week but couldn't get through the secure server bit to enter my payment details. I emailed them and they gave me the shop phone number (01733 579175 opt 5)I rang and ordered it on monday and it was delivered on wednesday. Fantastic service, fantastic price and ds loves it!

I've just ordered thw convertable zoo too ames - can't wait for it to arrive. I think if you go to on-line shopping you can get to the sections really easily, I've found the website no problem. Don't forget to order your extras!
