HELP PLEASE!!!!! Anyone know how to help me get through to BRITISH GAS?????!!!!

This is the second day I have waited in for BGas Engineer and they didn't show. We have one of those Home Care agreements.

Boiler keeps cutting out.

Anyway problem is it is really hard to get throught to them due to 'High Demand'. I hung on for 40 mins on Saturday before finally getting through.

Anyone know what I can do. I have a baby with a cold and could do without this.

Anyone know a number I could get through on?

Just got through and i was told they would have to put my name through to their planning Dept to get an estimated time of arrival. I am awaiting a call.

Can you believe it. No apology for the inconvenience. I want to complain and was told I would have to phone back to the main switch borad to do so.

I'm still waiting for call. I will have to do school run soon. I simply cannot believe how bad the service has been.
