Car seats for over 12 months

Hi there. I am hoping someone out there might have some advice. My daughter is 10 months and I am trying to find a car seat for her from 12 months onwards that is forward facing, safe but also extremely comfy, as we do quite a bit of travelling by car! Any suggestions for comfy seats would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

I borrowed a Maxi Cosi Priori for a bit and it seemed very comfy. However, several kids I know have outgrown it before being heavy enough for the next stage seat. The owner of the seat now has a (very tall) not quite 2 yo who's head is already over the top of the seat, so he only has a few months left max.

We've got a Britax First Class which is very comfy and DS2 at 2 1/2 looks like he has a while in it yet, but you probably don't want a combination seat at your stage.

Otherwise we have a Mamas and Papas Pro-Tec which performs very well in the non isofix safety ratings, my 4 1/2 yo still fits in it, but both boys' heads' seem to flop to the side when asleep. They've never complained, but it doesn't seem as comfy as the other two I've mentioned, though it may just be the way it sits in my car.
