get one of your friends to send you a vaguely relevant spreadsheet the bigger the better. when you log on open it and save it on your desktop for next time then open mumsnet when DP/DD/DS is heard to approach press the alt key with your thumb and tap the tab key until the spreadsheet is highlighted and let go both.
