i was hypnotised to give up smoking. it worked and i've not had one for 5 1/2 years

I haven't but went to see Paul McKenna once and one of dh's work colleagues got up on stage and was hypnotised. Afterwards he said all the weird and hilarious things he was doing was genuine and he had no control over his body. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't spoken to him afterwards.

Kind of yes and no.

Was hypnotised by friend many years ago - he suggested I would find another friend in the same room extremely attractive. As I didn't, and didn't change behaviour, we all assumed that hypno hadn't worked.

But, his method of hypno involved getting me to focusing on a lightbulb and picturing it sort of swaying. Around 10 mins after 'failed' hypno, I started to look green and asked if the earth was moving for everyone else!

peter went up on stage for a laugh at said that at first he was just playing along, but then he had no control, and he knew when the song played that he was dancing with a man, and it wasnt a leggy blond, but he just felt compelled to dance with him/her.

i think all wasps should be hypnotised so they dont sting anymore

i was hypnotised and stopped eating chocolate for just over a year, i dont know what went wrong but just started eating it again.i think you must have to keep getting hypnotised to keep it toped up.
