We're moving house soon and will be possibly changing internet service provider.
What happens to my email account if I'm with blueyonder but cahnge to tiscali or whatever??
Will I have to set up a whole new email account?
Will that mean all my login for ebay, paypal, Mn etc etc etc will have to be changed?

Blimey....I am so thick when it comes to computers. Can you tell?

I'm getting abit freaked out by the thought of not having internet access/email so I want to mak esure I have it all set and ready to go as soon as we're in the new house.

Yep, you'll have to change it.

Get a web-based email address and make the switch now.

I can send you a gmail invite if you like? I love my gmail account!

Are u on dial up or bband?

U will lose your email account if it is provided with your isp. You wont need to change your login, but you won't get emails unless you update your records.

Similar - gmail is google's version of email. I find it more user-friendly than hotmail, yahoo, etc (have tried most of them - lol!).

Another gmail fan here - much better for searching for stuff that you just know is in your mail somewhere!

bband takes forever to set up again. I've jsut moved and I'm in my second week with no bband. I signed up with virgin dial up for a mnth, and so will use that til bband is up and running again.

If its a hotmail you should still be able to use it. If you access it from a web page you should still be able to do this. I still use an e.mail that I set up years ago with my provider at that time. Not used the provider for about 5 years.
