Merlin · 30/10/2005 20:55

I'm not sure, but think it's in Kitkits - they drive DS1 up the wall!!!

Merlin · 30/10/2005 20:55

KitKats!!!

charliebat · 30/10/2005 21:02

My spelling curse has taken over
Sugar? They have that on weetabix and it doesnt give them the super sillys!

what sort of mousse is it? What are the ingredients?

piffle · 30/10/2005 21:06

my ds as a weekid used to go rocket man on anything with brown choc in it and esp smarties and brightly coluored stuff.....
Coca cola to him was a far off glimmer only to be obtained in adulthood when he could oay for it....
needless to say dd only gets white choc thanks...
some kids rev simply on the caffeine in the cocoa

philippat · 30/10/2005 21:07

caffeine? do they do it with regular chocolate? (but I'd vote for sugar too)

charliebat · 30/10/2005 21:08

whole milk, cream, skimmed milk, fructose + glucose syrup, sugar, water cocoa powders ....thickners...lots of stuff cant be arsed typing lol
It was a cafe monde

It's the stuff you can't be arsed typing! Sugar gets an unfair press, it will be a colouring, or a preservative that does it.

Fewer ingredients the better.

philippat · 30/10/2005 21:16

nah still vote for sugar, glucose is isotonic, isn't it? so therefore more fast acting than the stuff you put on weetabix.

princesspeahead · 30/10/2005 21:16

best ones for not sending anyone round the bend are the Aero ones IMO. If you look at the ingredients there really isn't much bad stuff in them.
Surprising really, but there you go. I give them to my ds1 every so often and he is fine with them (goes bananas with other ones though)

charliebat · 30/10/2005 21:18

I dont let them have these very often, but anytime they do they both go nuts. Wont bother next time, must say kept them perky for their swimming lesson LOL

Probably the three types of sugar you mentioned!

fructose + glucose syrup, sugar
