HELLLLP spyware?

Apparently my computer has it (?) and it keeps asking me to pay for programs to get rid of it. Any free ones?

If you go to the lavasoft website you can download a free program that runs virus checks and detects and erases spyware...

We actually use this at work, and its excellent, we are supposed to have virus detection on our server, but after running this adaware it picks up spyware and registry key intrusions
