Vitamin drops

DD is 6.5 months old now and I've read that she needs to start taking vitamins if I'm still breast feeding her. Any suggestions on the best one? I've looked at Acdim? (a name that's similar - can't remember !!!) but this had peanut oil init?!!???!!!

Would like to use drops and not tonics if pref.

You don't have to give vitamins IMO. It's not like her arm will drop off. I assume you give her decent food as well as plenty of breastmilk? I sometimes give my 8month old vitamin syrup from the health food shop - can't remember the name and can't be bothered to go into the kitchen to look for it!
Abidec is the one you are thinking of. Don't worry about the peanut oil. It does not contain the proteins that are the allergens. It does not cause allergies.

I must say I spat my cup of tea out when the HV told me to give vitamin drops if I was solely bf after 6 mths
Biggest load of hogwash I ever heard!
But thats just my opinion
