How do i cook pork chops?

I would rather grill them for quickness but somehow i also have them like leather and not particularly tasty.

I prefer grilling as well as it gets rid of excess fat.

Just have your grill on low and cook them slowly

Sometimes i get an small roasting pan and put 1 slice of onion, then 1 sage leaf (if you have it growing in garden like me otherwise im sure dried sage is fine) then the porkchop then top with a slice or two of apple (any eating apple) and a small nob of butter on top. I stick it in the over about gas mk 4 and check it after 15 - 20 mins to see if cooked.

Its lovely!

Sear them on a griddle - yummy! and (tender)

or grill them in a shallow bowl - you used to be able to buy little metel onese. they cook in thy're juices then and are lovely and tender and really tasty!

Try pressing some raw stuffing into the chops then roasting them in the oven - gorgeous!! I could eat some now.....
