move to wells or frome

hi All

Am taking the plunge and moviing out from leafy North London which I love. Cant afford house here tho and have 1yr and 3 yr old. Moving now aslittle one starts school next year. Have been keen on Frome as is supposed to be quite arty, but just had a brief vist to Wells too and quite tempted esp because of good state schools. Can anyone tell me what they are like? Am a bit nervous Well s may be too quiet.

we're moving to Wells at the beginning of May - a village outside Wells and I run baby music and preschool music, drumming in schools etc. My husband has got a job in glastonbury which is close to Wells and Wells is closer to the sea than frome, also close to exmoor etc. As you say the schools are great there - look me up if you end up in Wells!

All going well looks like we will be moving about that time too. Looks like it is going to be Wells. You're right about location for sea and moors etc. Thats going to be quite a change for us from busy London life. Think the fresh air will be a shock to the system!! Your job sounds great! My little ones would love that! I work from home as an illustrator. Will be in touch if all goes to plan! Good luck with your move!
