chav quiz

Potential chav

You are 31 % chav

Do you find yourself reaching for the hair gel in the morning instead of your straighteners? Does the thought of your man in gold chains and sovereigns get you all hot under the collar? You've still got a fair way to go yet but there's definately something of the chav in you and who knows, carry on the way you're going and one day you might even be able to show Brian Harvey a thing or two.

Wannabe chav
You are 13 % chav

You clearly know you are not, nor will you ever be anything even closely resembling a bonafide chav but that doesn't stop you from jumping on the bling bandwagon every now and then. There's nothing wrong with a bit of pretending though you'll never be able to hold your own with the true Burberry brigade.

13%. I blame the friends (multiple) with hot-tubs! Though tbh they're not in the UK and it's a lot more common where they are.

26%... my mother loved her hot tub for 20 years. I like pot noodles, doesn't everyone nick the hotel shower gel & visit Blackpool at least once in life?

FrightfullyPoshFloss · 25/10/2005 20:56

Phew 21%. thought it was going to be a lot worse, especially when I was horrified by the fact that my trainer socks are chav.

30 % ..am thoroughly saddened that i haven't lived up to my chav roots ...despite a member of my family being on Trisha...and having worn white stillettos and having a member of my family called Kevin

jamese · 25/10/2005 21:08

I got 13% also - 13% seems to be cropping up a lot...

Agree re wine with screw tops - there are some nice bottles around - not just the liefframel (??)

I was getting worried I was ticking too many boxes - I didn't know that calling Tea for Chav (or common as we used to say) until I worked in Oxford (live in Swindon) and my colleagues all laughed at me and said it was called supper or dinner - but we had our dinner at dinner time!!!

PeachyClairBingoBabe · 26/10/2005 15:56

18% thought it would be higher though

Have had the pleasure of a full 3 course meal plus wine in a Little Chef (was staying at the adjoining Travel Lodge and it was the only place around for miles to eat and no car) was so funny!

Have eaten pot noodles (and quite liked them)
Been to a rave and Blackpool pleasure beach

Funniest thing is my Mum lives on a council estate (I'm not knocking them cos I grew up on one) but theres a neighbour a few doors along who has a hot tub in his back garden (well his garden is tiny and it takes up the whole garden nearly) think he has bought his house though but he boasts that it is the only one in the town
