Bit of a cheek again, but you don't get if you don't ask! Asking anyone who works for Manpower to vote for the NAS as Charity of the year, details below:

The National Autistic Society www.nas.org.uk (can't get link to work, sorry) has been shortlisted to be considered for Manpower Charity of the Year 2006, a partnership worth £100k.

The decision is made by a staff vote and the NAS is competing against 9 other charities. There are over 300 Manpower offices in the UK and all staff are invited to vote for their preferred charity via an online poll. The poll is open towards the end of this year and the charity that gets the most votes wins.

To win the vote to be Manpower Charity of the Year could be a great opportunity for the NAS to raise money for services, raise its profile and increase awareness and understanding about autism in the UK. Charity of the Year partnership with Manpower would be a brilliant opportunity to help the NAS make a difference to the lives of people with autism in the UK.
