Printer problems, help please!

My printer is printing evrything red, its a newish printer so the ink hasnt run out and when i print the test page it works fine (anything else is red).Can anyone help?

Do you mean if you print a whole load of text, i.e. in a Word file, it's all coming out red even though on the screen it's black? Or if you print a picture is it all in hues of red?

never come across this, but my guess is that it's a driver problem. have you been to the manufacturer's site to download the latest drivers? (when you let windows guess the driver and auto-install a printer it sometimes cocks it up). also while you're there, they may have a troubleshooting section.
