i want to know why you chose your mn name

coz was watching telly the other day, and caligula was some really really sexed up film in the seventies. had some hard porn stuff in it. also had helen mirren in it, she was caligula.

and there were a few other names i remember noting, but cant remember them right now.
so come on, please satisfy my curiousity.

Mine is because I love the name Zephyr. It was dp's last motorbike, I have my very own Chilli Peppers song and dd's first cat was named Zephyr.

was painting my nails and surfing at the same time (the web, not a wave) and found mn whilst pg the 1st time. lurked for about 2 years then got caught up in a big argument about breast/bottle and became hooked

My temper (yonks ago in my teenage years) used to be quite intense and a friend nicknamed me Littlehellcat. Well derived from there really. Very mellow and peace loving now

it's a word i've always liked... assumed it meant somethimg romantic and archaic or was the name of a lovely island somewhere - but just looked it up and it seems it might be a type of leather or a species of squid...! damn

Many years ago, I was christened Moon Unit (after Frank Zappa's daughter) by my boss who thought I was a hippy and the name stuck. My dh and some old friends still call me Moons. I'm now a very grown up hippy so hence MrsMoons. FullMoon Fiend is my halloween costume! (Horribly afraid I've blown my cover now )

My dad used to call me screwball or muppet but they were both taken so, I think it was Wig Wam Bam who said have them both....ScrewballMuppet.

For halloween and since my two ds's were drawing on each other at the time of trying to think of a halloween name I'm now Screwyslittlegoblins

No, i am not taking the piss. I meant that sincerely. I have had a few days of wallowing nostalgia, reading my copious diaries from my student days, and it struck me how sad my life has always been. I was badly burnt by an Irishman - still remember him too much now - and would have loved your screwy NI boyfriend.
