Hi all. I'm new on here so hope I'm posting this in the right place!!
Just wanted to make people aware of a photography company working in hospitals offering photo packages of new baby.
The experience with them in hospital was fine, but they send a package of photos through post afterwards with a guarantee if you don't want them you can return them free of charge within 2 weeks.
However, having tried to do this myself it was not a good reaction from them. I sent photos back well within time frame and then about a month later I started receiving letters demanding payment. I rang them - at great expense - and they hung up on me after 10mins on hold!! I received another letter 2 weeks later saying they were gonna send a debt collection agency to get the money (all £49 of it!) so I rang them again and after 15mins I spoke to someone who said they hadn't received the photos back, and told me to ring again in a week.
Anyway this went on for ages until I finally received a call from them saying they'd found the photos, and they apologised. This was only after a great deal of accusation from them though, and expense from me on phone calls!!
The company are called Tempest Photography.
I'm not saying don't use them but just be aware!!
