My 3 year old wakes at least once every night crying and screaming when asleep. She usually goes to bed well with no major upheaval. She had several operations on her neck last year and we are never sure if it is sore although usually she never mentions it. Is this just normal, we only need go in to her tell her all is ok and to go back to sleep for her to settle but it is not great getting up every night.
