The reviews are written by the public and most of JMC/First Choice/Airtours/Aspro and all of the holiday companies hotels/appts are on there. I cancelled my holiday in Malta as 28 reviews said don't take your kids to a certain hotel as it was so dirty/bad food etc. I found most of the places I was considering in my brochure and ended up picking one that had good reviews.
One of the best websites (apart from mumsnet) I have ever come across, saved me having a crap holiday. Needed to share that with you and as many people as I can.
