haven't done that yoko, but have ordered a vast quantity of stuff through Crocus(www.crocus.co.uk), the bulk of which I planted in April and every single thing they have sent me has been really excellent quality and thrived. My orders were almost all perennials with a few shrubs and some alliums. Very good, comprehensive and easily searcheable website too. Everything takes slightly longer than I anticipate to arrive, but arrive it does and the boxing/packaging they use is superb. Hope that helps....

I ordered some bulbs from Ebay this spring and they were lovely.

I've order a few things from Sunday Times and have generally been disappointed - small bulbs/plants etc. for the price.

I guess that you get the News of the World too then? I ordered some bulbs earlier in the year, they took a while to come (in fact I had forgotten about them) but they are gorgeous. I'm going to order something out of yesterdays mag but dh has limited me to one thing so I've alot of thinking to do
