UNfortunately I'm not interviewing people to clean my home; it's a 'work' job.
Need to think of questions to ask URGENTLY! They'll be cleaning two properties (blocks of flats with office) doing general cleaning, mopping, hoovering etc, including stairs. They'll also need a police check because of the types of residents in the flats.
I've thought of the obvious like what experience they have but totally stuck.
Any ideas much appreciated
