I think Puddytats had a number of threads. IIRC, the company had "found another cheque" or something and she'd got a job in Tescos to tide them over.

Hi all

Sorry for the silence, thankyou all for not forgetting about us!

Life has got to the point where we are just waiting for the next hit. DH has been sacked, our bank accounts have been frozen and we are both currently released on police bail for a crime we did not commit. I cannot say too much obviously but at the moment things are looking really really bad.

We have appointed a specialised fraud solicitor to act on our behalf and are currently seeking advice on appealing the word decision.

We are also about to look for a civil lawyer as well!

Somehow we are keeping it together for the childrens sake, we refuse to allow it to affect their lives emotionally.

The police have taken our home computer for testing so at the momen I am using my fathers, however we are hoping to borrow one over the next week so will be on line properly again soon.

Will keep you up dated and be looking for more help, support and advice whenever i can get to a computer!
