i have only found out i am pregnant so i know i am getting ahead of myself, but just so excited. i do have a few maternity items from first pregnancy, but was thinking a belly belt may be cheaper than buying some more maternity jeans and seen as i have recently just bought new jeans thought i would try a belly belt.
so was just looking for some input to see if they are good. and will it do for my whole pregnancy even when i get huge at 9 months.
thanks very much

verdict was not much use

useless, I found. made me look as if I can come "untucked" at the front. The top had to be very long to cover it and if it was too thin or drapey it looked a mess.

I had a bellybelt pack (3 sizes) - so presume that's what you mean. i used the first and second size a lot but won't be using the third as I've started to put weight on all over now (am 25 weeks). I think they're great for side fastening trousers/skirts but only for those of us who are mainly bump & boobs -if you start growing all over then you're not going to get into your normal stuff anyway. Also agree that you do need long tops - but maternity tops are longer by design anyway - just get a couple of long T shirts/vests!! Good luck

I was very self conscious that my jeans were "undone" and didnt like bending or stretching at all in case the piece of material was too obvious. Sold soon after I purchased. I bought some cheap elastic waste trousers and these did me for ages despite getting really big, managed with two proper mat. trousers and one skirt, not sure how I got away with this looking back as I was working until 8mths.

I bought one but think it was a waste of money and didn't use it. I bought a couple of pairs of streachy jersey trousers in one size bigger for the pre-maternity clothes period.

I didnt like them either i didnt like the way you could see that my jeans were undone underneath my tops as the button showed through also not very comfy especially when used with low waist jeans.
