and now stuck at home as dd has stinking cold come up in last 24hrs and so does playdates mummy who sounded terrible on phone.

TYPICAL, have worked for months and looking forward to a nice mummy social day with kids at soft play, now stuck in doors with AF and grey weather. Time to get nice dvd's out, I think its a duvet day!!! but still didnt want an alone day. B*ms now ave no excuse for neglected housework. come on give me some!!!

Make a big mug of hot chocolate and sit down in front of some rubbish on the telly. Give up on the day and let it be a lazy one.

Just miss having adult convos and a nice natter, miss the slow baby days, 2-3 hours at a coffee shop with mummies. How simple & social life was in newborn days hahaha , never mind the bottles/nappies/sleeplessness!!!!!

thanx girls , its just that when dh has day off , he manages to sort out under the stairs , clear out spair rooms and also make dinner. I thought i ws supposed to be super mum not him!!!
