is it my period or what?

hi i am sorry if this in wrong section, wasnt quite sure where to put it.
i am trying for a baby. it is day 28 of my cycle today and i am usually pretty regular on a 28 day cycle. last night i had a very slight light brown discharge. so i thought it must have been my period starting. but today there is nothing. i sually do have a browny discharge to start and them it all comes if you know what i mean.
do you get a discharge if you are pregnant in early stages of pregnancy or will it be my period just being a wee bit funny.

Hello Juice!

Only one way to find out - TEST! TEST! TEST!

I had a days bleeding the day my period was due and then went on to find I was PG. So ,it is possible that you could be PG even though you have had what looks like the beginning of a period.

Do a test and let me know how it goes!

i live too far from a shop to get one where no one will know me. sorry to keep you all in suspenders. i promise if nothing happens by tomorrow i will go buy a test

no its just i live in a tiny wee place and everyone knows everyone around here and i dont want village gossipers seeing me. it will be around like wildfire that i was buying a test

I had a light bleed around the time my period was due, and then found out about 2 weeks later that I was pregnant, apparently this is called an implantation bleed and can happen as the egg implants in the womb. It happens about the time your period is due because of date of conception etc.
