ebay again sorry!

On 19th sept, I won and instantly paid by paypal, a saddle that cost over £200. There has been no sign of this arriving and I have sent 2 emails to the vendor and have not heard anything. How long do you think I should wait before I leap in and start involving ebay/paypal. Am bit worried as seller only had a 3 score but seemed an odd choice of item to be selling fraudulently so I thought would be ok.

It coul dbe a genuine mistake. If you paid by paypal though you can lodge a complaint through them after a certian amount of time and they can if they think you have been ripped off retrieve your money. So its worth a try. There is a way to apply for a members contact details to be sent to you so you can try calling - maybe their PC has gone kaput - it did happen to me in the middle of a sale once and I got negative feedback as I didn't know the guy had paid and until I got on a PC has no way of contactig him - or telling him there was a delay. He was very apologetic afterwardsf or giving bad feedback but it was still a shame. So don't automatically do they until you've got to the bottom of it. You can also complain to ebay who will follow it up for you.

Still nothing so have started ball rolling with Paypal dispute.
