I have deleted an email containing my travel insurance policy without printing it first.
Also emptied trash folder.

Is there anyway I can get the inoformation back.

Call/email them and ask them to email it to you again

system restore if you have xp

Haven't got xp got 98 and haven't got a tel number or email address or policy number - got it through moneysupermarket.

Will have to see if I can find a way of contacting them.
