well the big day is looming,. and thinking about makes me feel sick. help me before i lose it. got a lesson tomorrow, and am even getting nervous of that one as its the last one before the test. i really really need to pass this, as it will make my life visiting peter and getting the kids to school so much easier. ajnd i pick up my car on saturday and i really want to take it out by myself to get used to it.

will Kalms work in a short period of time? i have bach's rescue rememdy, which helps with lessons. anything i can get at the supermarket or chemist.

i used the rescue remedy on the day of my test and it worked, you could also try dabbing lavender oil on a tissue and sniffing that.

Rescue remedy is really helpful.

Have you googled for breathing techniques ?

lol, no you wont! you will be fine, you could try practising some breathing exercises before you take your test, also, the night before, have a warm bath and try and get an early night(easier said than done i know!), that way you will be nice and alert for your test.

get in a comfortable posistion, and breathe in using your tummy muscles, not too deep, count to three, then blow out through your mouth gently, count to four, relax for 3, start again.

Or just concentrating on your outbreath is useful, if you do that then the inbreath will come naturally and you won't hyperventilate.
