Trouble with amazon purchase

Does anyone know how to contact amazon? It's not a problem with a seller so i can't deal with it that way.

I ordered an item and paid for it via paypal in the usual way. A few days later I went on to amazon website for something else and when i lo9gged on it said sorry the item you bought last time is no longer available from this seller. I therefore rebought the item from anoither seller. I have now received a duplicate!

You should be able to request a return of the duplicate item. Log into your account - find the order in your recent orders and then follow the instructions for making a return. You will need to select the correct reason for returning so that you do not get charged for returning - if you say you just don't want it any more then you will probably have to pay for postage.

Other than that you will probably need to contact them by e-mail - I don't think they have a call centre.

thanks but i couldn't find an email address. I cant remember which seller was which so i wouldnt know which to return!
