As I was getting dd ready for bed last night I noticed she had a cold sore coming up. It was teeny. but I dressed dd1 and then put on some lip balm (honey trap from Lush if anyones really interested).
I was half way through dressing dd2 before it hit me...the silence. When I worriedly looked over at dd1 she was walking around with her head held high and err pouting....I relised she was so delighted about having lip balm on her lips that she'd obviously lost her voice!!!
Dp reckons we should remember this for the future, happily the cold sore has disappeared too so bonus....However dd1 refused to kiss me goodnight, didn't want to ruin her lippy wouldn't you know. She's 2.6!!
