Anyone watch Derailed???

Noone was ever found guilty for the Paddington or Hatfield train crash.
I live near hatfield and I used to live right near the carsh site, and I still remember it clearly. My MIL heard the train derail, and it was so scary being so near to it. I can't believe that noone was ever made accountable for it.

I remember watching the hatfield crash on the news and seeing all the people being taken to the local hospital, with is just over the road from me, Dh and my cousin went for a walk and they were on the telly. It was shocking and scary as we regularly use that line to go into london, and then the Potters bar crash happened on the same line. It put us off using the trains for ages, we use to drive 1/2 hour to get the tube from Cockfosters rather than use the overland lines.
