persona users. please help

hi, tested this morn and it is day 13 of my cycle. an O appeared on the monitor after testing. what does this O mean, does
it mean i am ovulating. this is the 2nd full cycle i have used the persona. i did have the instructions but have obviously disposed off them with my manic cleaning.

please help

and should i be having lots of sex today if i want to get pregnant
