MP3 Player Help Needed!

DH has a MP3 player which he needs as he put it!

Well its broke! The power light stays on, the charger doesn't seem to do anything, neither does the USB cable.

We purchased it in Feb this year so who would be responsible for repairing it, the manufacturer or the company we bought it from?

I was hoping someone elses MP3 might have had the same problem and its really easy to fix ourselves!

Try the company first they might replace it.

We had trouble from them when we first ordered it. We paid extra for next day delivery, they took the money straight away but then couldn't seem to find the parcel. After I threatened them with Trading Standards, the parcel turned the next morning. I was hoping we would never have to deal with them again.

I've sent them an email, but will phone them tomorrow if I haven't heard anything.

there wasa reset button. Its now working and still has over 6,000 songs on it. DH was very worried he would loose all of them if he reset it!
