That probably makes me sound sooo nuts!
I worked out when I tried splenda, that I got very very bad nightmares the night after having it, so now never touch the stuff.
Yesterday I was given low fat sugar stuff (sugar with sweetner mixed in or something), and I had the worst nightmares I've had in ages last night.
It wasn't that I went to bed thinking "Damn I'll have nightmares now" - I'd forgotten about it til I woke up all shakey and sweaty this morning
Is it just me that reacts like that? It only seems to be the ones that say that they are made from real sugar. The ones that don't say anything so I'm assuming they are made of words I can't pronounce are fine.
