We live on an estate, it has abit of a reputation, but haven't had that many problems really. But my neighboours across the road are really starting to bug me, we the teenager of about 19 i reckon. They always have banged up cars her and do them up, which i have no problem with, i am fed up that they leave all the rubbish outside my back gate, like car seats out of cars and windscreens, and old tyres. Have just rang council and they told me to contact environment health, and they did say that you need to have a word with the people that are doing it, but i know i'll just end up with a load of abuse so don't want to. I feel like we are being picked on because our house is in need of repair and doesn't look as nice as the others around us, still doesn't mean they can dump things. GRRRRRRR i feel so angry.
